Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product awareness, interest & desire generation: To make cold calls on retail outlets in the assigned zone for taking appointments, understanding customer & his needs, showcasing the new product (JD Omni product) through product demo & explain to the vendor the product’s relevance to his business
- Handling queries, customer pushbacks on product, service support & pricing
- Diligently follow up with prospective customers & take relationship with all leads to logical conclusion
- Build & manage customer relationship
- Daily reporting

- Ability to uncover customer hesitation, likes & dislikes regarding the our offer including product
- Ability to be focused despite customer push-backs & rejections
- Experience of at least 1 to 1.5 years
KPIs:
- No. Of calls made
- No. Of customers added
- Total revenue earned per month
Salary:
- Best in the Industry (25k/month).
- Incentive: As per company’s norms time-to-time. Currently 10% of collection cleared value before tax, for cold-calls
