Job Description
- Sales at Ninjacart is all about driving growth by solving customer problems and ensuring we deliver compelling value proposition. On a typical day, sales team drives, Customer acquisitions, retention, growing basket size and growing Ninjacart platform.
- Pitch about ninjacart to our retailers and make them join ninjacart platform
- Correct onboarding of customer
- Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries
- Train and support retailers to use ninjacart mobile app
- Visiting retailers regularly and get the orders on daily basis
- 1-5 years of field sales experience
- Negotiation skills:Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers.
- Mandatory: Bike and Tamil language
