Job Description
- Candidate Criteria
- Education – 10th or 12th Pass or fail and above
- Age – 18 to 27
- Ready to do fieldwork
- Mark sheet of last educational qualification completed
- School Leaving Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Bank Account Number / Cancelled Cheque
- Caste Certificate
- Pan Card copy
- Driving License (Two wheeler is not mandatory but License)
- One passport size photograph
- Stipend during training period
- Rs.3000/-per month. 85% attendance is compulsory
- Salary after successful completion of training period and selection by the company
- Salary - Rs.8000 to Rs.10000 per month
- Incentive – Up to Rs.8000 per month depending on achieving given targets

On behalf of our Youth focused non-governmental organization Woord en Daad, we hereby write to introduce our new campaign job booster exclusively to empower youngsters among the downtrodden.
Woord en Daad was founded in 1973 actively volunteered for developing the outcasts. Once started as a small and mainly private initiative, Woord en Daad is now has become one among the major world-class NGO active in international development cooperation focusing exclusively on poverty alleviation. Woord en Daad established its mission base from 2000 in India, developing different approaches for adults, youngsters, and children. Since then Woord en Daad has also developed a separate approach for companies, by linking them to specific private sector activities in its overseas programs.
Through its modest work and mission, Woord en Daad has the ambition to erect a changed transformation to happen among the poor to live a decent life and can take and bear responsibility for them and overcome poverty by initiating an amazing service by creating opportunities for the youngsters among the exiles.
The Woord en daad is poised to initiate a new and exciting program as Job Booster to help the deprived youth section of the society and facilitate to enable them to attain the best standards of living. As a valuable member of our community, we would like to invite you to be a part of us to redefine the lifestyle of every individual youth living among the downtrodden community and help them gain dignity and honor in their life through an opportunity.
The initiative is unique as the primary focus is to influencing youth in between 18 - 27 exclusively to help them prevail an opportunity. In order to get them fit for employers expectations, we provide them the significant training that creates high octane for intellectual nourishment to secure an exceptional career. This unique service will screen sales trainees who have the proper attitudes and motivation for success in sales.
