Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet the customers and get their appointments
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- .Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Positive and energetic to take up challenges and motivated.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (both oral and written)
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's/Master's degree; MBA is preferable.
- 100% on field work.
- Location:Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Required)
- Two Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
- Bonus & Increments are based on performance
