Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
- Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company.
- The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Greet and welcome each and every customer with a smile.
- To every customer you greet, your sincere facial expression should say, “I’m always here to help you!”
- Proactively respond to the customer on what they want.
- Let the customer speak and then provide the relevant information as per customer’s request.
- In a gender-neutral language explain the product features.
- Demonstrate the product if and when required.
- Explain discount or offers associated with the product.
- Keep the work area (Desk, aisle, shelves) surroundings clean and tidy.
- Arrange all the products on shelves, racks, cabinets properly.
- Pack delivery orders neatly with appropriate labels and bills.
