- Reports to concerned ASM / RSM / marketing manager
- Product survey as per market needs
- Product promotion and sales activities
- Coordination with distributors for secondary sales
- To solve any technical or product related problems
- Evaluate and run wet demonstration of all kit
- Database Management:-weekly reports, tour reports
- Market, competitors and customer feedback collection and evaluation
- Customer complaint handling
- Collection of NOC / C-forms
- Payment follow-up / collection
- Prepare self tour programme and getting approval from concerned authorities
