Designation: Insurance Sales Executive
Job Location: Delhi/Ncr
Experience: 0 -3 yrs
Salary Offered: 1.5 - 3 lpa
(For experienced candidates salary will be negotiable depending on their current salary and caliber of the candidate during the interview)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Should have strong communication skills.
Should be able to work as a part of team.
Should be confident and aggressive.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Should be comfortable with targets.
MANDATORY KEYS:
Must be graduate in any stream.
Must have valid driving license & a conveyance of their own.
Candidates from nearby location is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS-Office (word, excel)
Key Responsibility Area:
Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned region for growth in business.
Generating leads through internal & external references and cold calling.
Extensive field coverage to search target customers, arrange meetings & make presentations.
Able to meet up the client satisfaction by providing relevant insurance plan.
Developing business through consultative engagement with Team leader / Senior manager etc.
Able to achieve monthly sales targets.
