Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team.
- No cold calling or random calling.
- Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service.
- Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers.
- Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM.
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
- Strong command over English.
- Proficient with Mental Math’s.
- Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills, confidence to handle call
- Dpt : Contact Center
- Position : Officer (Day Shift)
- Education : Minimum Graduation, Graduate Fresher can also apply with good communication skills
- Age : Not More than 30 Yrs
