Job Description
- Graduate with 6-8 years experience in sales (minimum 3 years from Real Estate).
- Presentable candidates with good communication skills and network skills.
- Well aware of sales techniques and etiquette.
- Should have handled sales of 1.5 to 5 Crs worth propertiesResponsibilities:
- Implementation of sales strategies in order to meet short-term and long-term sales targets for the assigned projects.
- Convert leads into site visits and eventually property sale.
- Reporting on sales metrics.
- Managing the sales administration process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Developing sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
- Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
- Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping updates of the realty sector and competitors.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and develop industry expertise.
- Successfully plan and participate in real estate exhibitions.
- Prepare documentation related to sales and marketing for customers / channel partners.
- Suggest ideas to improve sales and sales administration processes.
- Identification of new channel partners and reinforcement of old partners.
- Managing Channel partners and drive sales through them.
- To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
