Job Description
Job Purpose:
Retail Sales
- To be engaged in selling and supporting customers by the provision of 100% customer satisfaction in retail stores.
Retail Sales
- To engage with customers and demonstrate the Kaicell concept and new way of personalized online shopping of products provided by Kaicell.com with Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Sell Products and Services such as mobile phones, notebooks, tablets, accessories and related services.
- Sell ‘Customer Satisfaction’!
- Ensure Sales Targets are achieved for Direct/ Retail Sales for products and services.
- To develop a relationship with customers to drive revenue growth.
- To order and ensure 100% on-time delivery of products to customers to their Homes, Offices locations in a timely and safe manner
- To ensure that a proper product demonstration is given to customers at their homes, offices or locations and they are given basic training on how to use the products/ gadgets.
- Resolve customer complaints and Issues such as exchange /return of products.
- Resolve customer repair issues that can be resolved at him such as software/minor Repairs etc.
- Ensure that customers are sold to add on products such as screen protectors, accessories as per their requirements and installed directly as required.
- Provide 1st/2nd level basic Repair Services support and/or coordination-service /tech support coordination and administration.
- Ensure that services sales target are met.
- Assist in researching, troubleshooting, documenting & prioritizing business requirements for new or improved features
- Responsible for day-to-day order processing of the Orders from online sales as well as retail sales/ direct sales
- Sales of Products & Services by developing customer relationships. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and achievement of TATs.
- To ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases and support all service /repair requirements in a timely manner, and the achievement of TATs.
- Age: 21-25 Years Graduate preferably in Business/Commerce.
- At least 6months-1 Years’ experience in sales of electronics with good product knowledge preferably in the Delhi/NCR market.
- Knowledge of Technical Skills for Repair/ Software support of Mobile Phones is required.
- Knowledge of Ecommerce Business process will be an advantage.
- Tech Savvy Individual/ Knowledge of Market Trends.
