The analyst plays an important role in the success of the department and will partner cross functionally to support the department and business.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide business intelligence and reporting support to the department through the utilization of reporting skills and business knowledge.
Collaborate with the larger team and process owners on business intelligence projects and strategy validations.
Provide support for key initiatives through the development of reports for accounts across all delinquency stages and portfolios.
Leverage findings to drive collection effectiveness and increase recoveries.
Partner with process owners to examine and validate the execution of collection strategies.
Insure strategies are operating correctly and as expected.
Manage projects with guidance and direction from manager.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with commitment todeadlines.
Conduct ad hoc reports and requests as needed
