• Preparing Pre-sale proposal and post sale proposal
  
• Pre-sales, (handling enquires, follow-up, negotiations, & closing the deals) Post sales (documentation and checking of agreements).
  
• Handling all customer grievances during pre sales and post sales.
  
• Responsible for planning, Forecasting and implementation of Individual sales plan.
  
• Engage channel partners on area- vise distribution & Prospecting to generate leads through local companies, partners.
  
• Responsible for channel sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  
• Generating new business opportunities for organisation.
  
• Comfortable to talk and handle walk in clients with all required information.
  
• Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price and best terms.
  
• Manage and assist buyers from commitment to settlement.
  
• New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.
  
• Micro level monitoring of sales lead to ensure that the footfalls are converted.
