- Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, Retailers, HNI) so as to keep them inform with the latest developments and offerings and also make them a part of future projects.
- Building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up
- Conducting market review/studies and devise sales strategies, prepare action plan for effective lead management
- Interact with clients and accompany them on site visits
- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate Transaction
- Develop Networks and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
- Responsible for selling Residential & Commercial properties by establishing contacts
- Sending Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports to Management
- Calling and pursuing clients to visit site or office for deal closure
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹120,000.00 to ₹200,000.00 /year
