Job Description
Greeting customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on the product.
- Answer customers questions.
- Responsible for the effective conversion of walk-in customers.
- Responsible for Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and plan actions.
- Responsible for maintaining the necessary reports, metrics and database.
- Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the showroom as per the organisation's brand requirement.
- Responsible for Visual merchandising at the showroom.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.
- Maintain stocks & Co-coordinating with the production team.
