Job Description
- Tech Sales Executive
- Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
- Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer’s queries.
- Open to feedback & learning
- Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).
- Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
- Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines.
- Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & services.
- Should have excellent English communication skills.
- Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.Shift Timing will be 7pm to 4am.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process.
- Experience in inbound Technical Sales.
- Experience in Email/Printer/Pop up calls.
- Bachelor’s Degree/3 years diploma/12th passed out in 2011 or prior/Graduation drop out.
- We are looking for the tech sales executive for our company. Candidate must have good communication skills and technical knowledge.
