Job Description
Minimum experience of 12 months for Undergraduate in Inbound/ Outbound Voice Process (Freshers can also apply)
- Hands on experience in domestic Inbound and out-bound sales process .
- Candidate should be proficient in sales , Tele -Acquisition, Retention, Renewals, Revenue /Target based delivery .
- Profile into selling tele -insurance policies , Loans , Health packages , Education , product & service sales -Holiday packages with excellent communication skills
- Should have basic knowledge of up-selling & cross-selling
- Should have ability to resolve customer related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call
- Sales Ability and can deal with Indian Customers(inbound/outbound) over the phone
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
Salary :-15000/- to 25000/-
Compensation:- Salary + incentives, bonus
Shifts:- 24/7 (Rotational)

NOTE- Voice experience is mandatory. Immediate Joiners preferred.
