Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Making cold calls and converting leads into sales.
First, connect to prospective clients and pitch them about services(CRM, ERP, Cloud).
delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
generate timely sales reports and upload the data on CRM
Understand client requirements and propose the best solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
Experience in software sales.
Must have good know-how and exposure with enterprise software solutions and working with clients/prospects with varying size organizations.
Must possess a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
Experience in ERP / CRM software Solutions sales and an understanding of how these apply to business processes.
Experience with selling services to customers. Must have been done in indirect sales where the product is not owned by the company who is selling it.
proven experience in customer relationship management
knowledge of market research
experience in managing and directing a sales team
