Primary roles & responsibilities include:
§ Convert leads into activities and monitor Sales Executives to get the maximum leads
§ Convert activities into closures and motivate the team for maximum conversions
§ Prepare sales plan with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies
§ Showing commercial & residential properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes
§ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and costs to achieve the company targets
§ Interact with clients to determine business requirements
§ Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
§ Maintain a good relationship with a customer and promote the product uniqueness
§ Resolve all complex enquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction
§ Preferably with experience in customer-facing roles or voice process
Basic requirements include:
§ Experience: 0-2 years

▪ Responsible for the supervision of overall sales activities
▪ Achieve sales target and manage collections
▪ Develop and manage a broker network and channel partner network
▪ Keep check for the proper functioning of channel partners
▪ Develop, manage and mentor front-line sales team
▪ Should have prior understanding for sale of residential and commercial projects
▪ Should be capable to initiate sales from pre-launch stage
▪ Understand and review site sales office requirements on a regular basis
▪ Arrange presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals with corporate clients
▪ Coordinate with Customer Service/Back Office for documentation
▪ Develop and manage a broker network and channel partner network
