Generating leads by meeting builders, architects, construction companies/ sites and new Flat/Villa buyers.
Making business proposals , Handling Negotiations , final closures and payment follow ups.
Sales Funnal creation and timely follow-ups on hot prospects and convert them to orders.
Work with design teams for the realistic proposals to meet customer budget expectations.
Should have strong network with various builders and developers.
Good to have Home automation product knowledge.
Should have strong inter-personal/ communication skills
