Job Description
- Should have worked in the real estate industry for min 1 year in driving sales/marketing and business development.
- To drive business through channel network, cold calling and corporate sales.
- For sale, apartments to customers and maintain the cordial relationship.
- To properly update customers about the project and keep constant follow-ups for payment and resolving customer grievances.
- To entertain regular walk-in customers and update them about the projects and its features in a transparent way.
- To take initiative in branding and social media marketing initiatives for the proper brand building.
- To maintain proper communication between CRM and Finance team to update customers payment and follow-ups.
- Should have very good comm skills.
