    Summary:

     Will be responsible for managing sales of company's products and services

     Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and expanding customer database
  • Taking care of sales and customer service to all types of customers from various channels - showroom visitors, online enquiries, B2B enquiries etc.
  • Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods (presentations, field selling etc.)
  • Take care of test drive of vehicles
  • Assisting customers with relevant paper work during the sale - insurance, RTA work
  • Assisting in the paper work related to financing/providing loans for vehicles
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
  • Field sales by holding promotional events at various locations/expos/events
  • All types of marketing and promotion activities to drive sales
  • Digital marketing and promotion - google, facebook, instagram, linkedin
  • Being up to date with product, market and industry knowledge/Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  •  

    Requirements:

  • Education : Minimum 12th passout/diploma holder
  • Language : Telugu, Hindi, English (preferable)
  • Age : 20 - 35 yrs
  • Minimum 1yr of experience in sales domain. Automobile industry sales experience will be given additional weightage
  •

    Salary, work and timings:

  • Salary : 13,000 - 20,000
  • One holiday per week (Sunday/day will be fixed based on shift system)
  • Compensation for working on holidays/over-time will be given
  • Variable pay  based on performance/commissions per vehicle
  • Work timings : 9.30am - 8pm (10.5hrs including 1hr break for lunch, tea etc.)
