Job Summary
Customer service representatives answer questions or requests from customers or the public. They typically answer incoming phone calls, but some also interact with customers face to face, by email, or live chat. Some representatives make changes to customers' accounts, such as updating addresses or cancelling orders
Responsibilities and Duties
- Live chat agents are the solution to providing 24/7 interaction with customers. A Live Chat Support Agent is responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat. It is their duty to be readily available to provide help or a solution in real-time, thus the term 'live'.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Only for male candidates good communication skills are required any completed graduates are eligible
