- To be overall responsible for the lead generation, sales, collections, installation and servicing ofmedium to larger scale solar photovoltaic projects
- To work with PV Projects team for design of systems, technical drawings and commercial proposalsfor project customers
- To liaise with team to ensure proper documentation for MNRE subsidy claims, and where required tovisit MNRE to ensure quick processing of claims pending
- To liaise with technical team on final installation and service
- To develop commercial and legal documentation to govern projects, where required by size ofprojects
- Develop customer, competitor, and market understanding.
- To identify new clients for EPC and projects on Solar & Wind energy projects
- Assess client’s energy requirements, present technical solutions and recommend Solar PV solutions
- Negotiate proposals and contract terms & conditions to meet both client & company needs
- Create a Business development plan for existing customers and build customer relationship.
- Implement strategies as well as actions to create, identify, develop business opportunities andcollaborate with Sales team to ensure new business opportunities are effectively covered andadvanced for conversion to a contract/order.
- To provide statistical reports to the management with key inputs on market trends, customerrequirements & opportunities
- Working in complete coordination with the team for targets.
- MIS reporting.
Desired Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years relevant experience in Sales.
