Job Responsibilities

• Acquire potential customers, Build sales funnel, bring deals to closure in stipulated timelines
• Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process. Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Improves loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements. Rejects loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants
• Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Maintain and update account records. Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Job Requirements

• B.Com/BBA with good knowledge of accounting. Tally Proficiency is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, Decision Making Skills with an unrelenting focus on Quality
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
• Willingness to travel extensively in and around Indore. Possess two wheeler with valid Driving License
