Job Description
➢ Handling incoming and outgoings calls from customers.
➢ Attending & Arranging site visit with customers.
➢ Identifying client’s requirements and offering the best suited project to clients.
➢ Follow-up with the customers who have visited site for inquiries and inviting the customers those who have not visited the site.
➢ Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
➢ Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
➢ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls
and emails.
➢ Present weekly progress reports to Management.
➢ Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders.
➢ Make Competitors survey report, Inquiry Management- Client Capture, Follow up.
➢ Generating leads and provide the data to the manager on daily basis.
➢ Help in executing the agreement between both the parties.
➢ Planning sales & marketing strategies and achieving targets for self and for team also.
➢ Managing customer, vendor and affiliate relationships.
➢ Booking an appointment and visit the customer and provide feedback to the manager on daily basis.
➢ Visiting potential customers for new business and strategically mapping the market achieving goals.
➢ Discussing the negotiation terms of an agreement with the manager.
➢ Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
➢ Identify new markets and business opportunities.
