Job title: Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Managing Sales of Residential units as well as Commercial SaleS
  
• Planning sales & marketing strategies and & achieving targets for self.
  
• Managing customer, vendor and affiliate relationships.
  
• Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists. 
• Participating in client meetings and corporate events.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Visiting potential customers for new business and strategically mapping the market achieving goals.
• Working on the latest sales software of the company.
  
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  
• Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
  
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  
• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your manager.
  
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
  
• Achieving continuously Sales Targets for self & for team if team leader.
  
• Develop effective training programs for subordinate staff.
  

• Education: Any Graduate Any Specialization
  
• Experience: Min 1 3 year’s sales experience (preferably real-estate industry)
  
• Any male/female within 25-35 age groups with following qualities may apply:
