Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive off-Line Sales through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential clients, corporates, and organizations.
- Identify, Onboard and Develop Channel partners.
- Designing tailor-made business proposals, prospect engagement & meeting possible opportunities with the available product line.
- Periodic market Research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitor’s data and effective data mining for generating prospects.
- Responsible for end-to-end Sales process from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new accounts/clients, in a specified region/market.
- Understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.
- Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets.
- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales.
- Ensure collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amount from clients/accounts.
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Focused and possess sales mindset.
- Proper reporting of Sales Process and the target achieved to the immediate Managers.
- Conduct and Organize Roadshows to attract customers. Customer Management.
- Handling customer calls.
- Extensive customer support from Customer Check-In till Customer Check-Out.
- Ensuring 100% resolution of calls made by guests.
- Ensuring core Campper promises are met all the time for each property and every guest (even going out of the way to meet them) .
- Taking Proper Feedback and testimonials from the customer.
- Operations.
- Pre-audit each campsite before taking it to live.
- Contracting with the new campsite owners and Periodic Audit of the assigned campsites.Regular reviews and discussions with owners on campsite performance. Training and performance management of campsite staff.
