- We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to generate leads by cold calling.
- You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and generate interest in our services.
- You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
- The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
- The candidate must have a basic understanding of digital marketing and the main aim of the candidate would be to generate new leads and bring in new Potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Cold call potential clients
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about our services
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to meet the field sales manager
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service will be preferred
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent communication
- Proficient in English
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Working knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, website development, graphic design, Email marketing, mobile, etc.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
