- To respond to leads generated via marketing through calls and Email
- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries so as to maximize sales conversions.
- To coordinate with other departments such as marketing, Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries.
- To identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers
- To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers.
