Job Description

Responsiblities and Duties:
Handle the complete Sales process for Industrial Chemicals i.e. create & follow-up on leads, discussions with users/purchase dept, negotiations leading to order, coordination for supplies & documentation and follow-up on payments. Maintain smooth relations with customers and develop opportunities for growth.
- Qualification : B.E/B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc Chemistry / M.B.A in Marketing
- Experience : 0-2 years in B2B Chemical Sales
Minimum Requirements:
- 1. Comfort with understanding different chemical processes and their relation to raw material specifications i.e. technical selling
- 2. Good communication skills / Achievement orientation and Go-getting attitude (high level of traveling)
- 3. Honest, ethical and organised style of working
- 4. Interest in developing good understanding of commercials / margin management /negotiations and hands-on experience of end-to-end chemical sales process.
- 1. Male candidates preferred as job entails high level of travel and visit to industrial areas.
- 2. Candidates with prior experience in sales of construction chemicals, pigments and speciality chemicals or experience in sales to the paints, plastic masterbatch/ compounding and construction chemicals industry will get higher priority. Freshers with the right attitude are also welcome.
- Salary : Rs 2-2.5 Lakhs per annum
