Job Description

Job Duties:

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. (VERY IMPORTANT)
Prepares daily reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. (VERY IMPORTANT)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Foster existing relationships with the Travel agencies and Consolidators.
Identify & Develop Business Opportunities for product solutions for B2B clients.
Identify opportunities to sell product & solutions in order to generate revenue for the organization by presenting new/existing products and services and enhance existing relationship.
Introducing new products and functionalities on the applications of existing clients / OTAs.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.
Must have a smartphone.
Take care of the social media presence of the Shivirama. (Must be familiar with FB, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest)
