- Plan & implement Distribution Infrastructure for market coverage
- Drive Numeric Distribution & Geographical Expansion
- Handling existing distributors & appointing new distributors
- Efficient stock management at CSA / stock points
- Training of Sales force & People management
- Develop & execute trade marketing initiatives in coordination with HO
