Job Description for Sales Executive/Sr.Sales Executive/Area Manager (Marketing V-boards):
- Dealer & Sub Dealer Appointment & Management
- Prospecting & appointing New distributors & sub dealers in the assigned area in all segments
- Servicing the distribution network
- Organising promotional programs to create awareness of the Brand /product and applications
- Prospecting builders /projects residential/commercial/industrial
- Identifying Architects, project management consultants, Interior designers, structural consultants and create product awareness, build relationships and get product specifications.
- Prospecting Associates & Applicators for different applications.
- Training and motivating new applicators.
- Coordinating with the Architect/ End project customers/Applicators /Associates.
- Order Booking & Processing
- Receiving orders. Communicating with the factory and informing to the customers on the scheduled delivery dates
- Ensuring the delivery is on time, as communicated with the end customers.
- Reconciliation of payment collections of dealers & sub dealers every month
- Reducing the debt burden through aggressive collections from all the customers and other channels etc.
- Promptly follow-up for the payments as per the scheduled timelines.
- Keeping abreast of competitor’s activities, market trends, new products and keeping the management informed for timely decisions.
- Engaged with aggressive advertisement campaign with HO
- Ensuring to spread the brand & product awareness, hence developing the business across all the segments
- Conducting Dealers, Architects, mason, carpenters, fabricators & architect in coordination with the concerned.

The company was established in 1981 with the initial production capacity of 36,000 tons per year of Cement Sheets. Having its Corporate Office in Secunderabad, today, the company has 8 Fiber Cement Roofing sheet Plants having manufacturing capacities of 8,02,000 MT per annum.
The V Board & Panel division was established in the year 2009, now having 2 V Board plants with manufacturing capacities of 1,30,000 MT per annum. It also produces innovative dry-wall panels of 2 feet width and 11 feet height with thickness of 50 MM, 75 MM and 100 MM to assemble partition walls.
The Textile Yarn Plant was established in the year 1992, now producing about 12,500 tons of man-made fibre yarns per annum.
We have developed a new Solar Roof for the Indian market which infuses our building materials with that of the photovoltaic cell. This is a “blue ocean” foray into the renewable roofing solution space in India. This is an ideal product targeting the urban and commercial industry.
