Job Description
- We are looking forward to a sales person with some
experience in sales and marketing profile where he is involved in meeting
clients at various locations across Pune
- Our products are not very technical but they require some expertise to convince the customer,as most of them are imported products from China,USA,UK,Germany,South Korea Etc
- So We are looking forward to someone may not be from interior industry but have the ability to grip the specifications of our product line along with the Maths involved in installation process
- We are looking forward to sales person who will not only do the sales process but alos involved in the installation process with our installers .
- As in Interior industry the final sales is done after installation is completed.
- We don’t want physical installation from our sales person. But he should know the process extremely well
- Now coming to sales point of view. Firstly most important is Mathematics.
- The Sales person should be reasonably good in maths(Preferable MBA with good analytical Knowledge ,Engineer ,Science graduate or Commerce graduate)
- The reason maths is required as understanding the dimensions and sqft is the first step. Without this Sales cant happen
- Now the sales person is expected to do sales to individuals, families and corporate.
- We are heavily in customsied wallpapers so sales person is expected to have some knowledge about each and every industry in world
- Most importantly he should be possessing a scooter. BIKE won’t do.If he doesn’t after selection he need to get a scooter(Preferably active or Jupiter) as soon as possible.
- Our joining is immediate though we can wait for a month .
- He should be well verse in English/Hindi and if good in Marathi that will be add on.
- We are looking forward a candidate from Hadapsar/Wagholi/Viman nagar/Katraj/Undri/Kondhwa
- Any other area is also welcomed .
- Salary we can discuss during interview. There will be fix component and remaining will be incentive based
- Probation period 3-4 months.
- We can also discuss as per your previous salary drawn.
- Minimum salary would be around 15000(Fixed component)
