Job Description
- Understanding customers requirement and budget.
- Study and review of Real Estate projects of the city and preparation of Competitive analysis.
- Convincing the customers and closing the Deal.
- Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensuring Daily Activity Report is being completed and submitted to Team Lead.
- Maintaining the brand & getting more bookings with the effective Market Research.
- Client Handling of real estate.
- An ability to drive the deal till the closure.
Who are we looking for:
· Experience in Real estate
· Good knowledge of Excel,Ms office
· Ability to create and maintain professional relationships
· Good understanding of real estate market, especially in West Pune
· Proven experience of achieving sales targets
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills with an attitude of
persistence.
