Job Description
- Qualification - 10th,12th , any graduates ,MBA
- Salary – 10000 to 20000
- Identify the market potentials and developing clients
- Meet customer, participate in both technical & commercial negotiations & ultimately finalize the order
- Implement business plan to meet sales target
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
- Ensure collection of FORM from the distributors/ customers etc
- Assist to Management in developing of Marketing plans and strategies.
- Maintain relationship with customer
- Develop a distribution channel as per business needs
- Train and motivate the Sales team to achieve the sales target.
- Good marketing skills
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to deal with people diplomatically
- Posse's excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work under pressure and extended time period
