Job Description
1. Responsible for sales of the residential
site.
2. Handling the Sales, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms &
closing of the sale
3. Network with corporate, & other clients for project marketing &
sales.
4. Planning and implementing strategies for new project launch mainly project
marketing & sales planning
5. Establishing a relationship with all
distribution partners
6. Assisting Strategy Team with pricing strategy in line with market demand
7. Design sales strategy, inventory strategy etc.
8. Market Research, competition tracking & analysis
9. Inputs on design, cost comparisons, feedback on vendor selection for top
management and coordination and planning of the entire exercise.
10. Responsible for the post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction
