Job Description

The Position: 
  • We’re looking for the Sales executive. 
  • We offer an attractive salary.

  • Work experience : minimum 1 year.
  • Salary : Rs 12000- Rs 15000 per month .
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as sales representative( minimum 1 year).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field. 
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Prioritizing time management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. 
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent. 
Preferred skills: 
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and outlook. 
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales..
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work comfortably in fast paced environment. 
Responsibilities: 
  • We’re looking for a result driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. 
  • You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels of profitability. 
  • Communication skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Customer Service Skills: 
  • The customer is always right. You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options to them.
  • Flexibility : You might have to work long hours, rights or weekends. 
  • Understanding their needs and providing them with the best available property working on residential sale, resale,renting etc. 
  • Generating leads,meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
