  • Generate sales, Get new customer accounts, and Increase company revenue and result
  • Develop connections with Channel Partners and property consultants
  • Daily task should include meeting, cold calling, chatting, emailing new companies and prospects, follow up contacts to probe their needs, and propagate offerings on regular basis
  •  Should be ready to travel to nearby cities and states for 1-2 weeks/months to meet prospects, attend shows, etc. to generate sales
  • Focus on acquiring new business accounts and build reliable and definite pipeline of prospects
  • Should not focus much on account management
  • Daily reporting in mentioned formats as required.
  • Developing sales and marketing collaterals as specifically needed to pitch to the prospects.
  • Need to maintain strict confidentiality of all information and contracts and customers, prospects, and pipelines.
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Co- ordination with banks and customers for home loan and other client requirements.
