Responsibilities and Duties
Ø Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Ø Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Ø Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Ø Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
Ø Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
Ø Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
Ø Take ownership and initiative to hone real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market
Ø Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and existing customers of the company.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Ø HSC/Any Graduate/MBA Marketing
Ø Real Estate Sales Experience will be an added advantage.
Ø Good communication and confidence in Hindi, Marathi and English
Ø Should be comfortable with Site Visit Role and Responsibilities
