  • Sales Executive (Property Management & Facility Management of Residential Property)
  • Purpose of this position:
Acquisition
  • Generate Owner & Tenant leads from online systems and cold calls
  • Increase, monitor & manage Pipeline records of Owner enquiry until MoA signing and report weekly
  • Apartments & Villas in the category- Property Management (PREMIUM/BASIC Owner Contracts)
  • Apartments Buildings in the category- Property Management
  • (PREMIUM/BASIS Owner Contracts)
  • Apartments Buildings in the category- Facility Management
  • Staff shall acquire new Apartments & Villas to increase inventory in the category- Property Management (PREMIUM / BASIC Owner Contracts)
  • Staff shall acquire new Apartments Buildings to increase inventory in the category- Property Management (PREMIUM / BASIC Owner Contracts)
  • Staff shall acquire new Apartments Buildings to increase inventory in the category- Facility Management
  • Increase, monitor & manage Pipeline records of Owner enquiry until MoA signing and report weekly
  • Apartments & Villas in the category- Property Management (PREMIUM Owner Contracts)
  • Apartments Buildings in the category- Property Management
  • ( BASIS Owner Contracts)
  • Apartments Buildings in the category- Facility Management
  • Processing Incoming Leads & Lead Generation
  • Monitor and manage daily Owner & Tenant incoming leads to closure (reject OR sign MoA/Loa - RA)
  • Generate leads for Apartments & Villas in the category- Property Management (PREMIUM Owner Contracts)
  • Apartments Buildings in the category- Property Management
  • ( BASIS Owner Contracts)
  • Apartments Buildings in the category- Facility Management
  • Manage requests from clients pertaining to Sale / Purchase of Property after approval of the Partner
Additional Responsibilities
  • Staff shall be responsible for all sale related requirements for managing and maintenance of an Apartment, Villa & Apartment Buildings.
  • Staff shall be responsible for meeting 100% Owner & Tenant satisfaction for all acquisitions and meet Social Media Review Targets
  • Designation:Sales Executive (Property Management, Facility Management, Tenancy Management)
Accountabilities:
  • Business Support (Working in harmony with other departments to achieve organizational goals)
  • Strictly follow company policy, processes, guidelines and procedures
  • Delivering on assigned tasks to exceed expectations to achieve 100% TAT and earning Google/Facebook feedback for all client touch points
  • Ensure Photos and Videos with SANGAU watermark uploaded for all properties available for Rent & Sale
Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintain properties as per defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Operations
  • Submit Inspection Reports for Maintenance Inspection & Tenancy Inspection
  • Contribute to diverse Sales activities
  • Ensure verification completed of all clients (Owner, Tenant) before on-boarding
  • On-boarding new properties and owners within the defined (TAT)
  • On-boarding new tenant within the defined Turn Around Time (TAT)
  • Ensure all clients (Owner, Teanant) verified before key handover and inform to Operations Head
Authority:
  • Monitoring, execution and adherence to SANGAU processes for maintenance tasks performed by a vendor
  • Escalate to Head issue(s) that cannot be resolved by self
  • Resolve any client dispute in the most amicable manner by adhering to SANGAU Values and causing minimum or zero unhappinessarties to any.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ years similar experience with a competition
  • 4+ years field experience in Real Estate
  • Preferred Requirements:
Experience
  • 2+ years in property management / facility management domain and working with SANGAU competition
  • 4+ years of work experience in the real estate sector in Bangalore
  • Candidate should be Smart & Energetic, with Integrity & a sense of Responsibility & Ownership and deliver over expectations
  • Candidate should own Social Media account on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus & maintain the same actively
  • Two wheeler, Driving License, Vehicle Insurance and Android Smart Phone mandatory
