Job Description
- Laalsa is hiring freshers for Desktop sales Executives(Female) and Field Sales Executives(Male/Female).
- Job Type: Full time/Part time
- Exp: fresher- 1yr
- Salary: As per Market Standards
- Positive and go-getter attitude Excellent communication and strong convincing skills.
- Strong work ethics and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Internet and active presence in Social media.
- Prior experience in Business Development is preferable.
- Person worked in market research firm in similar capacity is desirable but not mandatory.
- Identifying the Business opportunities,
- Lead generation through online, social media and existing sources.
- Business Development activities includes interacting with Senior Management /Decision makers to introduce our services.
- Cross Sell / Up sell array of Research and Consulting services.
- Update Sales portal and generate reports.
- Field Sales people must have own vehcle(Allowances will be provided)
