Sales Executives Jobs in Delhi,Faridabad,Gurgaon - PSB Enterprises

Will be independently in charge of a specific region of Delhi, with full responsibility of developing & managing sales of the Company’s product range within his specified area, covering retailers and coordination with the   Distributor of the Area.

Candidates must possess the following capabilities:

• Familiar of working with distributors, area/outlet mapping, and handle all aspects of Retail/ market  coverage and development of FMCG Brands thru Retailers.
  
• Capability to develop sales in his area across the product Range, understanding of FMCG trade, managing wholesalers, retailers and channel practices  relating to FMCG products, and Area Sales Executive  in Retail and Market development.
  
• Understand  modern  trade promotions, Marketing ‘ tools’,  ‘schemes’, types of consumer promotions Brand  displays and other techniques of brand development specially for new Brands.
  
• Familiar in handling Organized Retail Modern Retail formats, in his State like Reliance, Big Bazaar etc.
  
• Good written and oral communication of Hindi and a working understanding of English.
  

Key skills 

• Good  Product knowledge of categories handled in previous jobs.
  
• Area knowledge   - Should be fully conversant with markets covered in previous companies, retail structure etc.
  
• Selling skills: To be able to handle new Brands.
  
• Proven experience of new brand handling in competitive products is  A KEY COMPETENCY and will be preferred.
  
• Must have the drive to be an ‘achiever’ when handling new and developing brands in new markets under his care.
• Location : DELHI  (East, North, South & Central Markets )
