Job description
We have urgent openings in a leading Private Bank for Sales Executive / Sales Officer - Credit Card, Personal Loan Sales (for immediate joining)
Key Skills
• Candidate must have 06 months of telesales experience in the BPO/relevant contact centre industry.
• Candidate should have experience of working in both Inbound Outbound setups.
• Candidate should have done B2C sales relevant experience of selling directly to the final consumer.
• Candidate should have strong business acumen and sales orientation.
• Candidates must have worked through a dialer and should have sold big ticker products/services.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Target Performance Orientation
• Should have consultative selling skills
Responsibilities And Duties
• Ability to convert cold calls to leads and opportunities
• Assess development opportunities and have the ability to effectively communicate project plans
• To assist with the specification of products and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Participate in professional organizations to enhance lead generation potential
• To exceed sales and profit budgets
Eligibility / Qualification
• Age between 18 - 35 years.
• 12th +
• Candidates with a minimum 6month experience in, Loans, Banking & Financial Services is desirable.
• Candidate must have his/her own Aadhar card, PAN card, Bank account, email ID & mobile number.
Minimum 6-month experience in credit card outbound.
Salary and benefits: - Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 15000/- Gross per month + Incentives + All other benefits are available as per Government rules.
