'India's World Champion Academy' founded by Mr. Prasad Erande in 2015. Mr. Erande is a well-known athlete in India. He currently owns 6 Guinness world records and helps other to achieve a similar feat. People in India have got skills and they are hard working as well. Major point missing in India to achieve these world records is guidance and knowledge. This academy started working to find talents and share missing knowledge with them to achieve world records.

Prasad realized mostly people discontinued sports or are not successful because of injuries. Lack of knowledge about nutrition, training, injury rehabilitation, attitude to push oneself with excitement makes people think about injuries and that's the reason they can't continue sports for longer period. It is also important to understand you are injured and severity of it. Most important thing to get back in sports is recovery at the right time with natural process and correct method. Every sportsperson should understand their skills, capabilities and knowledge which they have; and take those to next level. Most people are lacking with Knowledge to overcome all these challenges. Prasad realized athletes who are at the top across international level are knowledgeable or they have enough facilities with educated support staff to solve all their problems and challenges.
