Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research new accounts, international leads, identify key players and recognize prospective clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, webinars and Ad words.
- Connecting with prospects from all over the world and converting them to clients.
- Researching the web for International lead generation, management of customer data, MIS, etc.
- Coordinating with customers over telephone or E-mail.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Conduct a market and industry research to analyze the competition.
- Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned product/geographies and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or MBA
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
- Strong interest in IT industry
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self Motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion to make a difference.
