Job Description
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
2. Convince/encourage clients for site visit
3. Manage sales leads by providing responses to clients
4. Maintain high quality of services and performance standards
5. Analyze client requirements and assist them with their quires and clarifications
6. Build an ongoing relationship with existing clients and potential clients
7. Coordinate client site visits with the onsite sales team

1. Experience in customer support voice process/telecalling would be preferred
2. Prior experience with real estate customer support would be an added advantage
3. Proficient English communication is a must.
4. Convincing and negotiation skills are an added advantage
5. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
6. Available to work on weekends
7. Candidates in and around Malleshwaram area preferred
8. Female candidates preferred
9. One year and above work experience preferred
