MYNEWCAR is India's first multi-brand one-stop automotive e-commerce platform for new cars, finance, leasing, insurance, accessories, and car exchange. Our mission is to simplify the car buying process to a joyful experience. The team comprises of Kellogg School of Management alumni with international experience in automotive, technology, business development, strategy, and finance.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Getting the post-sale feedback from customer/clients
2. Handling customer escalation
3. Communicating with customers for delivery of products & offers on the product and their feedback
4. Maintaining documentation of sale
5. Coordinating with the sales team
