About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be a part of the home painting team at Urban Company
2. Take interviews of prospective candidates and build a team of sales consultants
3. Design the interview & reporting structure for the team
4. Take full ownership of the interview process and improve the existing funnel
Prior Sales experience a must. Post Graduation (MBA) is preferable.
