Job Description
1. Working on target based on-field sales & relationship management of B2B entities for a live project
2. Working with the sales team & reporting to the area project head
3. Working on seamless and transparent communication with various stakeholders
4. Creating MIS using the platform and MS Office tools

2. can start the internship between 23rd Nov'20 and 28th Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Candidates with access to a 2-wheeler will be preferred
2. Should have completed graduation in any field and available for a full-time role
3. Should be a highly motivated individual with a go-getter attitude is a must
4. Should have good communication skills
5. Should have good Microsoft Office and basic mathematics skills
6. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
7. Previous experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 20000 per based on sales criteria).

Incentive Structure:
The incentive will be calculated on the basis of sales permissions received for one of our live projects. The incentive will have different slabs as per the target achieved. the more you achieve, the higher will be the incentive with a maximum incentive at Rs 20,000 per month.
